Step 3. Complete the original PEPP Course final exam.

Once you have refreshed your hands-on pediatric skills, you will be asked to take the original PEPP Course final exam to complete the Renewal Course process.

PEPP Course Final Exam Details:

1. The PEPP Course final exam tests you on the entire content of the PEPP Course, not just the online education component. Review your PEPP textbook before the on-site skills component and PEPP Course final exam.

2. Successfully complete the original PEPP Course final exam. You must receive a minimum of 80% on the final exam in order to renew your American Academy of Pediatrics PEPP Course Completion Card. If you do not successfully complete the final exam on the first attempt, you will have a second attempt to successfully complete the final exam.

3. Complete a PEPP Renewal Course evaluation form.

4. Upon successful completion of the on-site skills component, you will be mailed an up-to-date American Academy of Pediatrics PEPP Course Completion Card, valid for 2 years.
