The Pediatric Education for Prehospital Professionals (PEPP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) courses have some similarities in content, but, each course is designed to meet different needs. They are complimentary courses and ideally individuals would take both courses to strengthen the skills and knowledge needed for caring for ill and injured children.
