Course Coordinators can:

  • Publicize upcoming courses on PEPPsite.com
  • Submit course rosters
  • Update your personal information such as mailing address, phone number, or email address

People interested in PEPP can:

  • Search for an upcoming PEPP course
  • Search for a PEPP Course Coordinator

Below are brief instructions for using the database.

Publicize an Upcoming Course on PEPPsite.com

You are not required to publicize your course on PEPPsite.com, but if it is open to the public, we encourage you to do so. To list your upcoming course on PEPPsite.com:

-Click on "Course Coordinators Only."
-Use your Course Coordinator ID number as your ID and your last name as your password.
-The system will prompt you to select a new password (first use only).
-Click on "Course List."
-Click on "New Course."
-Enter the information about your upcoming course.
-Click "Submit."
- Your upcoming course is now listed on PEPPsite.com.

Submit Course Rosters

You can submit course rosters on PEPPsite.com for no charge.

-Click on "Course Coordinators Only."
-Use your Course Coordinator ID number as your ID and your last name as your password.
-The system will prompt you to select a new password (first use only).
-Click on "Roster List."
-Click on "New Roster."
-Please note that if there other official PEPP Course Coordinators who served as faculty for the course, they need to be listed as "Assisting Instructors" to get credit for   teaching the course. Please do not list these individuals under "Faculty Info" also. If a person is faculty and not an official PEPP Course Coordinator, they should be listed   under "Faculty Info."
-Click "Review Before Submission" and review the information you entered.
-If all of the information is accurate, click "Submit."
-You will receive an automatic e-mail message to verify that the roster has been submitted. You will receive a second e-mail message when your roster is reviewed and approved at the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Change Your Personal Information Such as Mailing Address, Phone Number or email address

-Click on "Course Coordinators Only" on PEPPsite Home.
-Use your Course Coordinator ID number as your ID and your last name as your password.
-The system will prompt you to select a new password (first use only).
-Click on "personal info."
-Revise your personal information as appropriate.
-Click "Update."

Search for an Upcoming PEPP Course

-Click on "Find a PEPP Course" on PEPPsite Home.
-Enter information.
-Click "Find."
-Select a course and click "View Info."

Search for a PEPP Course Coordinator

-Click on "Find a PEPP Course Coordinator" on PEPPsite Home.
-Enter information.
-Click "Find."
-Select a Course Coordinator.
-Click "Send E-Mail to Course Coordinator."

There is a $20 processing fee per roster for Course Coordinators who wish to submit a course roster via fax or mail. There is no charge for rosters submitted via the online database.
