About PEPP: Continuing Education Credit
The PEPP Course is sponsored by the American Academy of
Pediatrics and is designed to meet the minimum standards related
to the pediatric portion of the US Department of Transportation
National Standard Curriculum for EMT-Basic, EMT-Intermediate, and EMT-Paramedic
providers. The American Academy of Pediatrics is not able
to award continuing education credits for completion of the
PEPP Course. PEPP Course Coordinators need to work with the
appropriate agency in their region to arrange for securing
continuing education credits for the participants. If not certain
about how to secure continuing education credits in your state,
contact the EMS office in your state.
Course Coordinators can also apply to a national organization
for continuing education credit. A few examples are below:

with other application materials. The completed presentation
